Q. Is it safe to order online?
A: SWREG (who is the e-commerce partner for ThunderSoft) has an order process that is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.

Q. Which license type is right for me?
A: We've several license type for different users, such as Single-User Personal License, Single-User Commercial License, Multiple-User License, etc.

Q. Do I have to purchase 'Extended Download Service'?
A: The short answer is NO. Once you purchase any product from our company, you can retrieve the download and registration information for the product you purchased for free. You can get the latest version of the product on our server. So You can simply remove this item by clicking the button in front of the product name in the shopping list, or ticking the "Remove" checkbox.

Q. How can I get a CD as a backup?
A: Actually, if you have an Internet connection, you don’t need to purchase the CD. You can download the latest program from our website at any time without any limitation. Besides, our program are upgraded at certain intervals by improving and adding functions. So generally we will not suggest our customers buy the CD version which only backup the version when purchasing.
Note: We don’t sell the CD separately.

Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: All our programs are try-before-buy version, which can help customers to evaluate the program at the extreme first before they purchase it, because the trial version can be used for 30 days for free. And what’s more, there is no major difference between trial version and full version.
Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled via platforms , once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on a refund for some reason, please contact us and ask for help first.

Q. How long will I receive the license code after I complete the purchase?
A: License code sent immediately after your purchase. If you have not received it after purchase or lost it, please click here to let us know. We will resend it.

Q. Why I didn't receive the license code for several hours after my purchase?
A: There are several possible reasons:

Q. How long will it take to get your support response?
A: Generally, we'll reply to you within 24 hours except for weekends or holidays due to the time difference. But in most cases you'll get our response in a few hours or immediately.

Q. I entered the license code you sent to me, why the software said "Invalid E-mail address or Registration key!".
A: There are several possible reasons for the failed registration.

Q. What is your upgrade policy?
A: We provide free life-time updates for all our programs for our registered customers. Contact our support team to get the latest version.
If you need to upgrade your paid program to another more powerful program in our company, you can pay the price difference to get it. Please contact our support team and describe your situation clearly.

Q. How to transfer software from one computer to another?
A: De-activate it on your old computer first. (Run the program and find "De-activate" button on the register window). And then you can register it on your new computer.
